Alec Peters


Alec Peters returns for his second year at as the Director of Strategy. In his first year, he facilitated several key strategic relationships that will be announced this season. Alec has coached at every level of USA Volleyball. As a former USA Women’s National Team assistant/scout, Men’s National Team Volunteer Assistant, Head Coach of the West Team at the Sport Festival and Men’s Junior National Team Assistant coach, he has seen the spectrum of talent at the highest level. In addition to the USA national team programs, he served as an assistant coach with the Greek Men’s National Team at the World Championships and European Championships. He won a NCAA Championship as an assistant coach at University of Southern California in 1990, was Head Coach at Occidental College from 1989-1991 and Head Coach for the University of North Carolina Men’s Club Team while in law school. He also coached 18 & under boys to 2nd and 4th place finishes with Nike Santa Cruz in 1996 & 97 and won the 18 & under National Championship in 1989 with Reebok Skivease Boys. Alec graduated from Adelphi University and University of North Carolina School of Law.
