Charleston, SC – Charleston Academy updated its location for the 15 & 16 age group tryouts. Tryouts will be at iSOL (Indoor Sports of the Lowcountry) located at 1151 Cainhoy Road, Building D on November 10 & 11.
15s will be 11/10 @ 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM and 11/11 @ 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
16s will be 11/10 @ 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM and 11/11 @ 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Charleston Academy set its tryout dates back on August 31 so that players wouldn’t have conflicts with other tryouts the proceeding week, players could be rested and have ample time to be seen over two days by its staff.
“We’ve had a strong interest in the 15 & 16 age groups. This nationally competitive area of the market has been underserved for some time which is why players the last several years have left the market to find a competitive club with better training and a strong schedule to help them get the exposure to top college programs they needed. We look forward to providing this age group an even better opportunity locally to reach their goals to play at the next level,” said Jaime Shamis, Club Director.
Charleston Academy encourages parents to register their players early so tryout check in can go smoothly and players don’t miss out on court time.

Its mission is to develop players to the highest international standard, which will allow their teams to challenge for national titles making the club a nationally recognized brand. The club started with volleyball in 2018 and expects to add Basketball in 2019 and Soccer in 2020.
